-Linda Manning
What was your favorite moment of the evening? "The moment I walked through the door into the roastery, and was enveloped by the smell of coffee!"
What was your least favorite part? "It was all fun!"
-Roselle Ponsaran
"I’ve also come to enjoy the flavor of the Brazilian quite a bit, and this just served to reinforce it. It is, I think, my favorite to date (tied, perhaps, with the Mediterranean Blend). Since I’m on a mission to try each and every single Phoenix coffee, I’ll be sure to let you know if that changes.
Thanks to Sarah for hosting the workshop, Steve for making a go of the Neapolitan, and all the rest of the Phoenix staff for some excellent coffee.

"The coffee and information was great, but the best part of the evening for me was watching Carl Jones, the founder/owner of Phoenix Coffee, move from group to group. There was a look of positive glee in his eyes when watching everyone try something for the first time. Carl was as excited to talk about the impression of the various brewing methods as people were to try them. It was inspiring to watch this veteran of the coffee business light up when speaking to someone about Neapolitan versus automatic drip. Here is a man following his passion..." -Chris (full post)
