Central American Coffee Tasting Workshop

Details: We will brew and sample four different Central American coffees and discuss their taste characteristics, improving your familiarity with coffee lingo (body, acidity, aroma, etc). Baristas from Phoenix Coffee retail locations will provide cultural information about each origin as well as coffee processing information.
We're going to taste Brazilian, Costa Rican, Guatemalan, and El Salvador (new!). The coffee will be good and the presentations will be interesting!
