Details: Competition Sneak Preview - Come preview the routines of four Phoenix baristas, as we prepare to head to Chicago for a regional barista competition in a few weeks. The baristas will be preparing espressos, cappuccinos and signature beverages, all within a strict 15 minute time limit. This will be an opportunity to see state-of-the-art coffee preparation and barista creativity at its best!

The signature drinks range from Stephen Shaum's Hungarian inspired beverage, using marzipan, to Sarah Wilson Jones' use of fresh garlic in her "Veronica" drink, to Caroline Moyer's "Ginger Ginger" and Danielle Cohen's dada-esque "Meatloaf 'Spro". Mike Danner will present his best latte art, as he will be competing in the Millrock Latte Art competition in Chicago as well. Optional roastery tour afterwards.
